Yes. To ensure the best experience for all teams, The Rising Stars Cup follows a Stay-to-Play policy. All teams traveling from 75+ miles away must book accommodations through our official tournament housing partner, Fastbreak.Ai. Fastbreak.Ai simplifies group booking, with exclusive rates at top-rated hotels that are convenient to the tournament’s location. (If your team has been accepted, book your stay here.) The tournament directors & our travel team know the exact hotel bookings per team and will force removal of any team not showing the minimum required rooms booked through the RSC travel partners. Each registered travel team outside the 75+ mile radius is required to book a minimum of 10 hotel rooms per team, for the duration of the event. Please be sure that this is acceptable to your team prior to registering for the Rising Stars Cup.
-
No. Rising Stars Cup does not allow the contracted hotels to charge rates higher than their rates offered directly by the hotel. We also seek out and contract first with hotels providing certain things beneficial to soccer teams, such as free breakfast, a pool, make every attempt to give teams their rooms close together, etc.
-
All Rising Stars Cup hotel rooms must be reserved within 30 days of your acceptance to the tournament. This deadline is subject to change as teams are accepted closer to the date of the Rising Stars Cup. If you have questions about hotel booking, please contact Dana Dyer or Tanner King at travel@fastbreak.ai.
-
No. As currently contracted hotels run out of rooms, our travel partners add more. Your team is welcome to email or call to ask for the exact hotel you would like or provide a description of your team’s needs, and our travel team will work to arrange this for you. Contact Tanner King or Dana Dyer at travel@fastbreak.ai.

Rising Stars Cup offers the following event cancellation credit / refund policy:
Partial Credit / Refund
No Games Started – Rising Stars Cup will offer accepted and paid teams a partial credit or refund (standard 50%) of the registration fee post event if NO TOURNAMENT GAMES START for the event. A minimum of 50% of registration fees paid is allocated to unrecoverable costs associated with up front event planning. Money retained in this scenario pays for the months of staff hours, deposits, and actual costs incurred leading up to a tournament event. As such this amount is non-refundable in the event of inclement weather tournament cancellation. Typically this happens when rain and/or snow moves in on Thursday or Friday immediately before the tournament begins, or any other forced cancellations outside of our control. Credits can be used for Rising Stars Cup Tournament events only.
No Credit / Refund
Games Started – Rising Stars Cup will not offer credit / refunds once the first game of the tournament begins.
*Any team that withdraws from an event after having been accepted and paid is not eligible to receive a refund.
